HOW LONG CAN YOU KEEP MY NEGATIVES? CAN YOU SHIP THEM BACK TO ME?

We typically hold your negatives for up to two weeks! After that if they’re not claimed we will dispose of them for you. If you’re mailing us film, make sure to add the “Mail-Back” service in your checkout process if you’d like your negatives!

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY SCANS?

You’ll receive your scans in a we-transfer link via email!

CAN I PUSH/PULL FILM WITH YOUR LAB?

We offer a Push fee per roll but we don’t recommend pulling film.

I HAVE A SPECIAL LOOK FOR MY PHOTOS, HOW DO I GET THAT WITH YOUR LAB?

Add any extra information in your order notes for us to know when scanning your photos.

IF I GET A BLANK ROLL, WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?

Yes, we can offer your money back (minus development cost) or full credit on your next roll.

WHAT IS YOUR MAIL-IN PROCESS?

Customers should follow all of these important steps for a stress free mail-in experience!

1. Customer must fill out and pay an order form online (on this website) so our lab tech’s know exactly what to do with your film when it arrives.

2. On or inside your package please provide us with your name, order number and contact information! (We do not provide shipping labels!)

3. You must add our “Mail-Back” option to your cart when ordering if you’d like us to ship your negatives back to you.

WHERE’S YOUR MAILING ADDRESS?

It’s in the footer of our website & shows after placing an order on ur site, our mailing address will be shown on the order confirmation page as well as on your confirmation email!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY SCANS?

Mail-in scans typically depend on when we receive them & how many rolls there are. It’s safe to say that when we get your rolls they’ll be done in 1-3 days.

WHAT’S YOUR MOTION PICTURE PROCESS?

We are no longer accepting mail-in motion picture orders!

CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we cannot rush mail-in orders; BUT rushed orders cost an extra $7 per roll. Rush times can be dependent on amount of rolls you have BUT most orders can be sent back to you same day if dropped of before 3pm!

WHAT FILM TYPES DO YOU PROCESS?

We develop & scan 35mm & 120 film in B&W, E-6, and of course C-41 (Color).

IS BULK DISCOUNTING AVAILABLE?

No we do not offer bulk discounts.

DO YOU OFFER .TIFF FILES?

We offer .tiff files on the Frontier but we don’t offer it on the Noritsu.
